When I was looking for a home, Judi listened to what my needs and wants were. I felt she took me on as a friend more than a client. When the time came to sell my much loved home I knew who I wanted to handle it, Judi. She worked just as hard selling my home as she did helping me to find it. In 2005, I had my house for sale with an other real estate company. For 3
months nothing seem to be happening, had a lot of viewing but no offers.
After the 3 month term I call Judi and ask her to put my house on the market
and in just about a week later, I had an offer on the house and sold it. She
then also helped me in finding a new home that suited my needs. Less than a
year later I got transferred to Montreal once again called Judi to sell my
house and once again in a matter of weeks the house was sold. Even though
Judi could not sell homes in Montreal, she did introduce me to a real estate
broker in Montreal who again did a wonderful job in finding me the house of
my dream.
